What you will do

• Create and maintain batch (ELT) and real-time data pipelines and data architecture.
• Assemble large and complex datasets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Design and implement internal process improvements (automation, optimized data delivery, scalable infrastructure redesign).
• Build infrastructure for extraction, loading, and transformation from diverse data sources using SQL and AWS big data technologies.
• Deliver insights that impact customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key sports betting performance metrics.
• Collaborate with data architects, executives, product, data, and IT stakeholders from delivery planning through project completion.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with cloud data services, especially AWS (S3, Athena, EC2, EMR, AWS Batch, Lambda).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale production databases and cloud DWH tools (Redshift or Snowflake) including data modeling.
• ELT development experience using tools such as dbt and Airflow.
• Data governance experience, including data quality concepts/tools and data catalogue tools.
• Big data and streaming familiarity (NiFi, Kafka, Python, Spark, Hudi) plus Docker/Kubernetes familiarity.
