TL;DR
Senior Go Developer (Go/PostgreSQL): Building APIs, database architectures, and high-load HTTP services for a mobile photo-editing application used by hundreds of millions of users with an accent on scalable backend systems and photo-processing support. Focus on designing reliable services, working with relational databases, and solving performance challenges in a high-load environment.
Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus; relocation to Cyprus is required.

What you will do
- Develop APIs for an application serving hundreds of millions of users.
- Design and develop high-load HTTP services.
- Develop database architectures using PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
- Support the photo-processing service.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Go/Golang.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Knowledge of basic network protocols.
- 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or Azure Cloud.
- Development experience in Python, Rust, C++, or C.
- Experience developing high-load services and APIs for mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Docker.
