What you will do

• Design mobile app screens, high-converting web funnels, and promotional UI components.
• Build and maintain consistent, scalable design systems and UI kits.
• Collaborate with product managers, growth managers, and developers to iterate on product features.
• Support A/B testing by analyzing performance data and refining designs based on user behavior.
• Visualize user acquisition and onboarding funnels to identify and address drop-off points.
• Leverage AI tools to generate visual content and maintain high standards for cross-platform consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile and web product design.
• Proven track record in growth design, including onboarding flows, paywalls, and A/B experiments.
• Strong expertise in Figma, including auto-layouts, components, and design tokens.
• Solid understanding of product metrics such as CR, CTR, ARPU, and retention.
• Ability to use data to drive and validate design decisions.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong focus on mobile and growth-oriented projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Rive.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Amplitude.
• Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Experience in consumer app industries like EdTech, Wellness, or PetTech.
