What you will do

• Ensure data review and cleaning activities meet quality standards to support database locks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of clinical studies.
• Provide clinical input and strategic recommendations for investigator selection, patient recruitment, and feasibility.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of clinical documents such as Protocols, ICFs, and CSRs.
• Support regulatory document preparation for INDs, HA briefing books, and BLAs.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of external and internal stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline required.
• 4+ years of pharma experience in clinical development (or 3+ years with MS, 2+ years with PharmD/PhD).
• Strong working knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH Guidelines.
• Ability to effectively manage conflicts and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Must be able to work onsite in Somerset, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAR-T cell therapy.
• Hematology/oncology therapeutic experience.
