What you will do
- Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realisation.
- Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks tailored to client context and culture.
- Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability.
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
- Support client growth by maintaining trusted relationships and contributing to proposals and industry representation.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation.
- Proven delivery of change management programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, or asset management).
- Fluency in English; non-Dutch speaker will not be accepted (Dutch skills required).
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU citizens or valid work authorisation); unable to provide a work permit.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR) and project/programme methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe/Agile).
