What you will do

• Oversee the local competitive amateur ecosystem to ensure sustainability and inclusivity.
• Manage Competitive Experience products and track participation in collaboration with partners and vendors.
• Handle tournament licensing requests and provide support to tournament organizers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with amateur event organizers and developing local esports teams.
• Develop brand partnerships and bespoke Organized Play activations to support publishing beats.
• Lead the delivery of regional and global activations within local markets in alignment with EMEA offices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in competitive product management.
• Experience designing organized play ecosystems that drive game growth and community sustainability.
• Proven track record in project management and execution of online/offline marketing activations.
• Ability to think strategically across a broad portfolio of products and competitions.
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish gaming and esports scenes.
• Fluency (spoken and written) in both Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Italian and Portuguese gaming and competitive scenes.
• Fluency in Italian and/or Portuguese.
• Experience in online or offline event production management.
