What you will do

• Design and implement GenAI/LLM solutions using models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
• Develop RAG architectures to improve information retrieval accuracy and source attribution.
• Optimize prompts using advanced techniques like Chain-of-Thought and ReAct.
• Implement MLOps pipelines for versioning, monitoring, and production deployment on cloud platforms.
• Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure model performance, safety, and fairness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelors degree in CS, Engineering, or Data Science (recent graduate within 2 years).
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Foundational knowledge of NLP, vector embeddings, and semantic search.
• Must obtain Claude Certified Architect (CCA-F) certification within one week of hire.

Nice to have

• Masters degree.
• Experience with agentic AI systems (LangGraph, AutoGen).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, pgvector).
• Hands-on fine-tuning experience with open-source LLMs.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
