Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: 4 days/week in Hudson Square office)

Salary: $105K – $125K OTE

What you will do

• Own the demo platform, ensuring data integrity, versioning, and rapid environment reset capabilities.
• Build internal tooling, including data generators and environment provisioning, to make POC setup fast and repeatable.
• Develop demo-ready workflows for every new product release before they ship to customers.
• Create custom demo environments from scratch for new healthcare verticals based on SME and prospect feedback.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering as a peer to identify and resolve gaps between shipped features and demo requirements.
• Produce instructional content and present complex technical workflows to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Demo Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating APIs beyond basic consumption.
• Strong workflow design skills to transform messy business processes into clean technical implementations.
• Must be located in New York City to support a 4-day-per-week in-office schedule.
• Comfortable on camera for creating instructional content.
