TPRM Workflow & Risk Orchestration Manager (Biotech): Designing and embedding third-party risk management into the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle with an accent on workflow orchestration, lifecycle triggers, and execution guardrails. Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston, MA (Hybrid or On-site options available).
Salary: $121,200 – $181,800

What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end TPRM workflows aligned with supplier lifecycle events.
- Operationalize trigger-based risk models based on supplier criticality and service type.
- Integrate risk requirements into supplier onboarding and vendor master data processes.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations for risk assessment and procurement tools.
- Monitor workflow performance, cycle times, and control effectiveness through KPIs and dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs for risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6–8+ years of experience in procurement, TPRM, sourcing, or process design.
- Strong understanding of supplier risk management frameworks and procurement lifecycles.
- Proven ability to design and operationalize cross-functional business processes.
- Experience with supplier master data and data governance in procurement environments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Experience with TPRM tools like ProcessUnity or CLM tools like Icertis.
- Background in highly regulated environments requiring strong auditability.
- Experience partnering with IT teams on system-enabled solutions.
- Familiarity with orchestration or guided buying tools.
