Salary: $121,200 – $181,800

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end TPRM workflows aligned with supplier lifecycle events.
• Operationalize trigger-based risk models based on supplier criticality and service type.
• Integrate risk requirements into supplier onboarding and vendor master data processes.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations for risk assessment and procurement tools.
• Monitor workflow performance, cycle times, and control effectiveness through KPIs and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs for risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8+ years of experience in procurement, TPRM, sourcing, or process design.
• Strong understanding of supplier risk management frameworks and procurement lifecycles.
• Proven ability to design and operationalize cross-functional business processes.
• Experience with supplier master data and data governance in procurement environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with TPRM tools like ProcessUnity or CLM tools like Icertis.
• Background in highly regulated environments requiring strong auditability.
• Experience partnering with IT teams on system-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with orchestration or guided buying tools.
