Location: Must be based on-site in Mouguerre, France

What you will do

  • Define and deploy HR strategy for France aligned with global and international priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations while contributing to long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a key HR advisor to the CODIR and senior leadership teams.
  • Lead and develop HR teams, fostering collaboration within a matrix organization.
  • Drive the industrial relations agenda, including preparation and animation of CSE meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong background in labor law and employee relations, particularly in industrial environments.
  • Proven experience in international, matrix organizations.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Must be based on-site in Mouguerre, France.
