Sr. Director of Product Design (AI)

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance required at least four days per week

Salary: USD 210,000–260,000 per year, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead a team of product designers delivering end-to-end UX for high-value consumer digital products.
• Shape subscription commerce experiences for prospects and subscribers purchasing through Samsung TV, Roku, Apple TV, Apple mobile, Android mobile, and other device partners.
• Guide experiences for subscription offers, purchases, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, research teams, product owners, and external partners to define product strategy and deliver products to market.
• Lead ideation, concept exploration, discovery research, design development, testing, and launch activities.
• Mentor designers, establish design patterns and practices, communicate creative direction to leadership, and remove team blockers.

Requirements

• Experience leading product design teams for consumer-facing digital products.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and plans to peers, leadership, engineering contributors, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience balancing business, design, research, technology, and partner requirements.
• Human-centered design approach with strong attention to detail and user behavior.
• Ability to provide creative direction, mentorship, and thought leadership across design teams.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
