Salary: $110,000 - $127,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle of the Supplemental ELA product line, from ideation to market launch and updates.
- Develop subject-specific strategies by identifying market opportunities, assessing risks, and evaluating customer needs.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prioritize content and instructional design roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with state standards.
- Lead cross-functional execution of the ELA roadmap, working with product operations to mitigate risks.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts for subject-specific projects.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience in K-12 education and edtech.
- Deep understanding of the ELA market and instructional trends such as Science of Reading or MTSS.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across content, product, marketing, and sales.
- Experience developing business cases, conducting market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Strong data analysis skills for evaluating product performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Must be based in the United States.
