What you will do

• Develop and execute Field Sales business plans for the assigned territory.
• Manage and track KPIs for the Field Sales Team and external agencies to ensure store coverage and distribution.
• Ensure perfect store standards and drive NPD performance through shopper-focused execution.
• Coach and develop the field team through joint store visits and the global Training Curriculum.
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers to translate customer KPIs into clear field targets.
• Foster strong inter-departmental relationships to maintain a seamless communication flow.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in FMCG sector.
• Valid driving license.
• Proven leadership, motivation, and people management skills.
• Deep understanding of sales, distribution, and consumer behavior in an FMCG context.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to interpret financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Field Sales tools.
