What you will do
- Develop effective test plans and manual/automated test cases for AI and GenAI products.
- Design complex automation solutions for functional and non-functional testing.
- Take technical ownership of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for new features to ensure quality delivery.
- Evaluate the quality of personalized recommendations and conversational GenAI responses, moving beyond traditional API testing.
- Research new test tools, methodologies, and trends to upgrade existing QA practices.
- Lead efforts to evaluate non-deterministic conversational GenAI products and AI models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in Test.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Experience with web browser automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Deep knowledge of software QA methodologies, the testing pyramid, and tools like JIRA and X-Ray.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Nice to have
- Experience testing non-deterministic conversational GenAI products using LLMs-as-a-judge.
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
