What you will do

• Design and execute manual test cases using Gherkin syntax within Zephyr.
• Perform cross-browser and mobile testing on diverse platforms to ensure seamless user experience.
• Manage defect reporting and traceability with detailed documentation in Jira.
• Investigate frontend and backend issues using developer tools, Swagger, and Postman.
• Collaborate on expanding and maintaining the Playwright-based E2E automation framework.
• Analyze system logs and monitor Kafka topics to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing for web-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or Swagger.
• Proficiency with browser debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools and Redux DevTools.
• Working knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with performance testing tools like Lighthouse or Artillery.
• Exposure to Kafka, WebSockets, or real-time messaging environments.
