What you will do

• Define and implement test strategies and testing approaches for projects.
• Identify risks and adapt testing activities based on business impact and priorities.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Validate complex business flows, critical features, and edge cases.
• Document and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Mentor QA team members and improve overall QA processes and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (web, APIs, complex systems).
• Strong expertise in test design: test plans, strategy, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Python and solid understanding of OOP principles.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (REST; gRPC/WebSocket is a plus).
• Experience working with CI/CD and integrating automated tests.
• Proven experience mentoring QA engineers and reviewing their work.
