Salary: $57,000 – $83,600

What you will do

• Execute community engagement strategies aligned with hirify.global Platform Services, AI, and Business Development priorities.
• Nurture relationships with developers, customers, and industry leaders across digital and in-person channels.
• Create engaging multimedia content for LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and newsletters to drive reach and engagement.
• Plan and deliver executive meetings, customer visits, webinars, and global conferences.
• Develop scalable processes to track program performance and measure business impact.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Community Management, Events, or Developer Relations within a B2B technology environment.
• Experience building and managing professional, customer, or developer communities.
• Proven ability to create engaging digital content and manage social media strategies.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30–40%.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular access to an hirify.global office in Dublin or Munich.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, SaaS, cloud technologies, or API ecosystems.
• Background in a startup or fast-paced technology organization.
• Knowledge of AEC, Manufacturing, or Design & Make industries.
• Additional language skills.
