What you will do

• Lead the initial pipeline audit and implement baseline KPIs using pgvector.
• Engineer hybrid retrieval optimization, re-ranking tuning, and multi-turn grounding frameworks.
• Translate architectural blueprints into stable, deployable Python components.
• Perform architectural code reviews and provide technical mentorship to mid-level engineers.
• Manage end-to-end pipeline integration and execute system regression testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning or NLP engineering.
• Production-grade experience building and deploying RAG architectures.
• Mastery of Python and hybrid search logic (BM25 and pgvector).
• Experience with automated validation frameworks like RAGAS to score faithfulness and recall.
• Proficiency in establishing code quality benchmarks in Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Physical location in Poland or Eastern Europe is required.
