What you will do

• Create and animate UA video creatives (6–30 sec) for various platforms.
• Animate text, UI elements, icons, and simple characters.
• Adapt creatives for different formats and placements.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and the creative producer.
• Assist in building the creative process and evaluating design quality.

Requirements

• Confident user of After Effects as the primary tool.
• Strong proficiency in modern AI tools for creative production.
• Understanding of UA creatives and performance-driven video principles.
• Experience working with text, hooks, CTAs, and visual accents.
• Ability to export videos optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience working with pre-made assets from PSD, Figma, and footages.

Nice to have

• Basic Photoshop skills for asset preparation and minor edits.
• Experience with mobile apps.
• Basic video editing and sound design skills.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies for creatives.
• Experience adapting creatives for different international markets.
