What you will do

• Build, enhance, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
• Design and implement clean, testable low-level designs, APIs, and data models.
• Apply software engineering best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical solutions and deliver features iteratively.
• Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions for personalization and automated insights.
• Triage production issues and optimize app performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience building and shipping production Android applications using Kotlin.
• Ability to design mobile low-level architectures and work with microservices-based backends.
• Proficiency with core Android development tools, version control, and testing frameworks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jetpack libraries, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines/Flows.
• Knowledge of mobile performance profiling and diagnostic tools.
