What you will do

• Design AI security architecture, governance frameworks, and model security standards for enterprise systems.
• Establish security guardrails and usage policies for generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Conduct AI-specific threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities like prompt injection, data poisoning, and model theft.
• Define data classification and handling requirements for training datasets and model outputs to protect PII.
• Evaluate and recommend AI security tools, including AI firewalls, gateways, and monitoring platforms.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with insurance industry regulations and data privacy laws.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in information security with at least 3 years in security architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing security controls for LLMs and generative AI platforms.
• Deep knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Experience with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
