What you will do
- Act as the senior relationship owner for key retail clients, managing executive-level engagement and communications.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to drive strategic service direction.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities based on client needs and the NIQ portfolio.
- Mentor internal teams to generate leads and expand partnerships through consultative guidance.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for clients.
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure seamless integration of services with clear governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Must be currently living and based in the UAE.
- 8-12 years of experience in CPG, retail, market research, or analytics-driven roles.
- Prior or GfK experience is required.
- Deep expertise in analytics solutions such as POS, Panel, or SA&I.
- Proven track record in senior stakeholder management and complex client leadership.
- Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
