What you will do

• Lead studio camera operations for live and non-live productions to ensure high-quality broadcast output.
• Oversee camera resource scheduling and commercial deployment to meet studio requirements effectively.
• Provide creative camera direction to enhance production quality and maximize sales impact.
• Manage camera equipment readiness and proactively escalate technical maintenance issues.
• Coach and motivate the technical studio team, maintaining standards in camera driving, racking, and sound mixing.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and media operations teams while ensuring Health and Safety compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in multi-camera studio operations, preferably within a live production environment.
• Proven experience leading teams with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop colleagues.
• Strong technical knowledge of camera equipment, including robotic camera operation and vision control.
• Ability to think creatively regarding rostering, crewing, and operational decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpretation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Full colour vision is required for this role.
