Translation Project Coordinator (Weekend Shift)

Location: Ankara, Turkey; onsite weekend coverage required

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple translation and localization projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, and requirements with Sales and Client Services teams.
• Assign work to translators, editors, and other vendors, negotiate rates, agree on deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Track project status, resolve issues, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, costs, gross margins, financial reporting, and project documentation.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Superior written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar corporate role.
• Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in additional languages.
• Experience in translation or localization project management.
• Familiarity with CAT tools or localization platforms.
