Translation Project Coordinator (Localization)

Location: Ankara, Turkey. Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday required) is mandatory.

What you will do

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to define project scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Manage a global network of vendors, including negotiating rates, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Track project status and budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Perform quality control checks, including proofreading and final-eye reviews of deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to commit to a schedule that includes every Saturday and Sunday.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in additional languages.
• Experience in translation or localization project management.
• Familiarity with CAT tools or localization platforms.
