Project Chief (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead project activities related to engine components and systems in automotive development projects.
• Coordinate design, development, and validation activities against project objectives.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and design documentation for compliance.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and action plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage design changes and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and secure delivery.

Requirements

• Automotive sector experience, ideally in engine projects, component development, or project coordination.
• Experience with engine systems, mechanical components, automotive development processes, design activities, and design change management.
• Experience with project management, milestone tracking, validation processes, quality standards, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and engineering documentation review.
• Academic background in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related technical field; mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Fluent English and fluent Turkish required.
