We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Risk Management to lead enterprise risk assessment, governance, controls, and risk mitigation initiatives.

💰 Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month
💼 Experience: 8–12 years

What you'll do:
• Lead the organization's enterprise risk management framework
• Identify, assess, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks
• Develop risk policies, controls, and mitigation strategies
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for executive leadership and governance committees
• Conduct risk assessments for new business initiatives and strategic projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Ideal Profile:
• 8–12 years of experience in Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, or Governance roles
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Experience within banking, financial services, investment, or regulated industries
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• FRM, CFA, PRM, CIA, or equivalent qualifications are preferred
• UAE experience is mandatory
