What you will do

• Design and maintain robust first-line controls including maker-checker, reconciliations, and exception management.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Finance to support regulatory and transaction reporting.
• Lead investigations into operational incidents and drive root-cause analysis for sustainable fixes.
• Define and track operational KRIs and KPIs for senior management reporting.
• Manage key operational partners including brokers, custodians, and middle-office providers.
• Ensure all contractual obligations and operational dependencies are effectively managed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UAE or able to work from the Dubai office.
• 7+ years of experience in operations within a securities business, fintech, or brokerage.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end trading and post-trade flows across multiple asset classes.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and testing effective operational controls.
• Familiarity with UAE or regional regulatory requirements for brokerage operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, BI tools, and SQL.
