What you will do

• Act as senior contact for UAE regulators supporting licensing and supervision
• Design and embed local governance and risk management frameworks
• Ensure compliance with securities, conduct, and consumer protection regulations
• Lead and coach the local Wealth & Trading team with succession planning
• Drive a proactive conduct culture focused on fair customer outcomes
• Collaborate deeply with global teams across Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering

Requirements

• Must be based in the UAE or able to work onsite in Dubai
• Extensive experience in brokerage, wealth, or trading businesses in regulated financial institutions
• Proven track record in launching or transforming retail brokerage or wealth platforms
• Knowledge of retail trading products and full trading lifecycle
• Expertise in best execution, client order handling, and product governance
• Experience engaging with regulators and working in digital/platform environments

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UAE securities and conduct regulatory frameworks
• Experience in UAE/GCC top-tier wealth and trading firms or investment banks
