What you will do

• Own and maintain the group-wide vendor risk management framework, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee third-party security assessments and ensure they align with vendor criticality and regulatory obligations.
• Document vendor risks in the enterprise risk management solution and coordinate treatment plans with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor risk matters, collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Data Protection teams.
• Provide regular reporting on vendor risk posture and support audit, regulatory, and certification activities.
• Continuously improve assessment methodologies, questionnaires, and scoring models to ensure standardization.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in vendor, third-party, or supplier risk management.
• Strong understanding of information security and risk governance principles.
• Experience running structured vendor risk assessments and managing remediation.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gzira, Malta.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as gambling, financial services, or payments.
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or PCI DSS.
• Knowledge of vendor risk platforms and operating across multiple jurisdictions.
