ISMS Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own and maintain the ISO/IEC 27001-aligned information security management system, including its scope, policies, standards, methodologies, and artefacts.
• Maintain the Statement of Applicability and align risks, selected controls, and control objectives.
• Define, document, implement, and monitor risk-based information security controls with control owners and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate evidence collection and validation to keep certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits ready.
• Support information security awareness and advise stakeholders on ISO and ISMS obligations.
• Manage certification bodies, auditors, audit schedules, findings, non-conformities, and continuous improvement actions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing or operating an ISO/IEC 27001-aligned ISMS.
• Strong understanding of information security risk management and control frameworks.
• Experience coordinating ISO audits and managing external auditors.
• Ability to translate ISO requirements into practical, business-aligned controls.
• Strong documentation, evidence management, organisation, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, resilient, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gaming, casino, sports betting, financial services, payments, or other regulated and audit-heavy environments.
• Knowledge of gambling regulations, player behaviour, sports betting markets, and customer retention strategies.
• Experience supporting multiple entities or jurisdictions under a federated ISMS model.
• Familiarity with NIST, SOX ITGC, GDPR, or PCI DSS.
• Lead Implementer or ISO 27001 certification.
