ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious specialist who will take ownership of the operational administration of Jira Data Center and related tools. This role offers growth opportunities toward more advanced tasks, including automation, integrations, and BPM development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

▫️Help colleagues work with corporate systems (Jira, Elma365, Nextcloud): handle requests, investigate issues, and configure solutions based on business needs.
▫️Participate in configuring Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and templates.
▫️Build reports and dashboards for colleagues and management.
▫️Assist with process automation (rules, validators, standard scenarios) and proactively suggest additional automation opportunities.
▫️Work with AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate daily tasks; this is an essential part of everyday work.
▫️Maintain up-to-date documentation and process descriptions (Confluence and internal resources).
▫️Act as a “translator” between people: understand requirements from colleagues and management and drive them to successful implementation.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

▫️You understand how business processes work: tasks, assignees, deadlines, requirements gathering, and why these matter.
▫️You are confident using Jira.
▫️You actively use AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) in your daily work and understand the difference between a regular chat and an agent, as well as how prompts influence AI responses.
▫️You use Claude Code / Codex and understand how they work, including concepts such as skills, hooks, and MCP.
▫️You have knowledge of SQL and Python or TypeScript for creating interactive business dashboards.
▫️You communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds, explain technical concepts clearly, and make sure your audience understands them.
▫️You are comfortable learning unfamiliar tools independently through documentation, videos, and experimentation. You first try to figure things out yourself and then ask questions when needed.
▫️You proactively identify problems before someone asks you to solve them.
▫️You have Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency with confident spoken communication skills and are comfortable participating in meetings and collaborating with international colleagues in English.

NICE TO HAVE

▫️Strong knowledge of Groovy (ScriptRunner).
▫️A deeper understanding of skills, hooks, and MCP, including the ability to create your own skills and MCP servers.
▫️Experience with automation and ETL tools such as n8n, Make, Apache NiFi, or similar.
