What you will do

• Administer and maintain Oracle 19c databases hosted on Red Hat Linux with VMware virtualization.
• Provide day-to-day onsite support to internal application and development teams.
• Support application releases, deployments, and database-related changes.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning improvements.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery using DataGuard.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation covering Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and Sybase.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c and DataGuard environments.
• Strong expertise in Red Hat Linux administration.
• Experience with automation and scripting using Shell and Ansible.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and working within an ITIL framework.
• English: Strong communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Exposure to MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or Sybase.
