What you will do

  • Monitor and handle alerts received through various communication channels.
  • Analyze incoming alerts to determine priority and criticality levels.
  • Ensure initial management of alerts within a 15-minute timeframe.
  • Dispatch incidents to appropriate technical teams following defined procedures.
  • Coordinate with on-call teams and follow up on incidents until resolution or handover.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of all operational actions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT monitoring, supervision, technical support, or incident management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize urgent situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring responsiveness and organization.
  • Must be based in Luxembourg.
