What you will do

• Own the reporting infrastructure for Credit Cards, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and analyze CAC performance.
• Architect complex models using LookML (or Power BI/Tableau) and standardize reporting across verticals.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, and seasonality.
• Drive data literacy and ensure dashboards are adopted and acted upon by stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in BI or analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with unstructured, complex data.
• Proven experience in performance or affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in LookML or equivalent tools (Power BI, Tableau).
