What you will do

• Develop innovative embedded solutions for complex defense and cybersecurity problems.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, including research, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplined engineering team on software and FPGA-based projects.
• Apply knowledge of hardware engineering and RF technologies to create differentiated products.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and manage information security standards.

Requirements

• Must be a British Citizen with residency in the UK for the past 5-10 years.
• Willing and able to obtain and maintain DV security clearance.
• Degree in an engineering, mathematical, or science-based subject or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in software development using C, C++, Rust, or Python.
• Experience or strong interest in Embedded Linux, bare-metal MCU, or AI/ML.

Nice to have

• Experience with FPGA development (Vivado, Vitis, Modelsim) and Digital Signal Processing.
• Knowledge of electronic design, schematic capture, and PCB design.
• Familiarity with Radio technologies, Software Defined Radios, GNU Radio, or RFNoC.
• Full-stack embedded experience from device drivers to GUIs and WebApps.
