What you will do

• Own the full development lifecycle for low-latency, high-throughput trading systems.
• Collaborate with Quant and Research teams to enhance pricing, hedging, and delta-residual models.
• Build and maintain trading infrastructure for large-scale positions, quotes, and orders.
• Implement risk management tools and identify system bottlenecks to improve performance.
• Mentor junior developers and lead design and code reviews.
• Integrate AI coding agents into project planning, technical design, and security reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Java and/or Python application development.
• Strong grasp of software design, architecture, and system integration.
• Solid knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience building high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• English: Fluency required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience at trading firms, investment banks, hedge funds, or crypto exchanges.
• Understanding of derivatives products, options pricing, and hedging strategies.
• Familiarity with agent-driven workflows, MCP servers, and custom AI skills.
• Contributions to internal developer tooling or AI-assisted engineering productivity.
