What you will do

• Manage the entire lifecycle of software projects from initiation to release, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Executive teams to align priorities and execution.
• Strategically allocate team resources and budgets while monitoring expenses to optimize project ROI.
• Develop detailed project schedules, track milestones, and manage feature prioritization across releases.
• Guide Agile/Scrum execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and velocity balancing.
• Maintain essential project documentation, including BRDs, PRDs, and technical design documents.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional project management experience within the technology sector.
• Location: Must be based in Taipei for on-site work.
• Language: Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and software development cycles.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and maintaining technical project documentation.
• Prior experience with web-based systems or online platforms.
