What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans for UIR installations and upgrades while coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Lead demand and resource supply forecasting to ensure operational needs are met.
• Develop manpower allocation plans based on project scope, timelines, and required skill sets.
• Partner with Knowledge Management teams to ensure workforce training readiness and competency validation.
• Assess and enhance site-level operational capabilities to reduce dependency on external support.
• Track site performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project leadership and execution within a technical or operational environment.
• Strong background in strategic planning and workforce capability development.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and risk management.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
