What you will do

• Develop innovative ad concepts for social media, display ads, email campaigns, and banners.
• Generate and refine AI-produced images using tools like Magnific and Adobe Firefly to create final ad assets.
• A/B test ad designs and iterate based on data insights to improve campaign performance.
• Edit and enhance raw model photos according to client standards.
• Localize and translate promotional creatives for international markets including DE, MX, UK, and JA.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and target audiences.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong advertising portfolio.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Magnific, Adobe Firefly, or Gemini.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into design improvements.
• Experience localizing designs for international markets and working with multilingual typography.
