What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the product management team.
- Handle reseller and customer inquiries via email and telephone.
- Manage logistics and order processing duties.
- Coordinate with resellers' logistics teams to resolve inquiries and problems.
- Support product managers with events, campaigns, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (IT industry preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer or service support, ideally in the IT/Technical industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically pivot tables and V-Look Up.
- High sensitivity to numbers and strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
