What you will do
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) builds from pre-proto through PVT for PCBA and FATP lines.
- Optimize products for manufacturability, cost, and supply chain flexibility using DFx methodologies.
- Develop assembly tooling and automation equipment in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
- Monitor global sustaining line performance, specifically tracking yield and throughput.
- Drive production process improvements to achieve quality and cost goals.
- Plan production capacity, capex, and factory layouts to meet demand volumes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in PCBA/FATP product design and commercialization.
- Expertise in DFx and quality methodologies such as statistical analysis, DOE, and FMEA.
- Experience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing principles.
- English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication).
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Thai to interface with CM partners.
- Ability to travel up to 25% internationally and domestically.
Nice to have
- Experience with Arena PLM system.
- Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA.
- Experience with Tool Design, NX, or similar CAD software.
