TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Hybrid: 12 days WFH per year)

What you will do
- Supervise data systems, governance, and policies to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of data products.
- Drive AI/ML innovations to improve the efficiency and quality of business processes and products.
- Design and oversee the framework for large-scale AI/ML building, testing, and deployment.
- Define analytics opportunities and develop capabilities to master knowledge about customers and products.
- Manage senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Coordinate the delivery of high-quality data pipelines, BI reports, and dashboards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior-level data management role.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data solutions from ideation to production.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership ability and experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Nice to have
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Professional experience in the mobile, music, or gaming industry.
- Knowledge of Modern Data Stacks, specifically GCP, AWS, and MLOps.
- Passion for music and musical instruments.
