What you will do

• Review, refine, operationalize, and pilot the draft supervision system for the Temporary Foster Care Model.
• Develop guidelines, manuals, operational frameworks, and capacity development materials for social services.
• Conduct consultations, interviews, and technical workshops with professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Ministry of Family and Social Services and provincial social service structures.
• Create monitoring tools to ensure the effectiveness of the supervision system.

Requirements

• Must be based in Türkiye.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in child protection, foster care, family-based care, or social services.
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Sociology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English.
• Proven experience in developing operational frameworks or supervision systems for public institutions.

Nice to have

• PhD degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience with hirify.global, UN agencies, or EU-funded projects.
