What you will do

• Design and implement user-centric interfaces that balance simplicity, elegance, and usability.
• Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
• Build appealing micro-interactions, animations, and transitions to improve the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and backend developers to deliver seamless end-to-end features.
• Leverage AI-driven development tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI to accelerate productivity.
• Conduct user testing, usability reviews, and A/B experiments to validate and refine design decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Svelte (or React/Vue with a willingness to learn).
• Proven expertise in UX/UI design principles and experience with Figma or Sketch.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent English proficiency is required.
• Experience building design systems and component libraries.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch.
• Prior exposure to AI-assisted design and development workflows.
