What you will do

• Develop and maintain application components, focusing on design, refactoring, and bug fixing.
• Improve product stability and observability to ensure high-quality performance.
• Write comprehensive tests to maintain the quality of product libraries and core functionality.
• Collaborate with the team through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver direct value to customers by scaling AI-powered SaaS capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development and test coverage.
• Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience handling database concurrency.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe (ideal: Serbia, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania).
• Ability to justify technical decisions using a data-driven approach and concrete metrics.
