What you will do

• Manage and track vulnerability remediation tasks and configuration items using ServiceNow.
• Coordinate the resolution of high-risk or out-of-cycle vulnerabilities across Windows, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix platforms.
• Prepare and present change requests to the Change Advisory Board (CAB), communicating risk, scope, and validation plans.
• Act as the primary liaison between Security, Server Ops, and other infrastructure teams.
• Maintain detailed tracking of remediation progress to support audit and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience coordinating vulnerability remediation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically Change Management and IT Remediation Workspace.
• Strong understanding of ITIL change management and CAB processes.
• Knowledge of server platforms (Windows, Linux, Citrix).
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid setup in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience working in government or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with CSOC and enterprise vulnerability workflows.
• Experience handling emergency or out-of-cycle remediation.
