What you will do

• Plan, design, and build core infrastructure systems for development and engineering teams.
• Debug critical production infrastructure issues and perform deep root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Operate systems focusing on site health, reliability, and automated workload movement.
• Develop platform solutions using Go and Python to improve developer velocity and accelerate feature delivery.
• Promote engineering best practices and guide peers in design and coding standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform solutions keep pace with product development.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Practical experience with declarative infrastructure using Terraform.
• Production programming proficiency in Go or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
• Deep familiarity with operating in Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proficiency building and scaling large enterprise pipelines.
• Advanced experience managing production environments in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with modern deployment tools like Akuity, Kargo, or Dagger.io.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
