Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and Intune/SCCM.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and ITSM tools.
• Strong communication skills for onsite support delivery.
