What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end ML workflows and automated pipelines to accelerate the path from experimentation to production.
• Architect and scale distributed training and model-serving infrastructure for foundational models.
• Develop robust data sampling and feature generation platforms at scale.
• Implement smart resource management and cost-optimization strategies for large-scale training clusters.
• Build developer-first internal tools to reduce cognitive load on research teams.
• Ensure high platform reliability and minimal deployment drift through standardized automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in designing and maintaining large-scale ML infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes), distributed training, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing massive-scale data pipelines and feature stores.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with both research scientists and software engineers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as the role requires onsite presence in La Honda, CA.
