Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of real-time artists, conducting performance reviews and career development planning.
• Manage resource allocation and task assignments using project management tools like Jira and Airtable.
• Design and build complex 3D environments and props optimized for real-time efficiency and aesthetic excellence.
• Develop sophisticated PBR materials and cinematic lighting using Adobe Substance and Unreal Engine.
• Architect real-time scenes and build interactive logic via Blueprints and Vizrt scripts to support live data integration.
• Conduct rigorous performance profiling to ensure consistent 60fps+ frame rates for live broadcasts and video walls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in 3D and real-time production, with 4+ years in sports and entertainment markets.
• 1+ years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or mentorship role.
• Expertise in Vizrt and Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency with DCC tools: Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Advanced scripting knowledge in VB Script, HTML5, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of real-time graphics and photorealistic compositions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ross Xpression, Pixotope, or Zero Density.
• Knowledge of Python or C++ for engine-side customization.
• Experience with version control systems like Perforce or Git.
• Understanding of LED Video Walls and Projection Mapping technologies.
